Every public tracker we know of, WebSocket ones first, as JSON-LD (each an entry of the schema's Tracker struct). Alive or not is measured, not claimed: this page announces to each WebSocket tracker as a leecher wanting no peers, for the txbt4 UTXO snapshot's infohash, and shows what came back. The UDP ones are listed for the record; a browser cannot reach them.

Hundreds of these exist (ngosang/trackerslist keeps the public ones), and desktop clients also have the DHT. Browsers have only the handful above.
